Refund and Fee Policy

This product is a one-time paid AI generation service. Upon completing payment, users receive a corresponding amount of Tokens to be used for instant AI algorithm invocation and content generation. Tokens are consumed in real-time during the service invocation process, making it an instantly fulfilled digital service.

We support a refund within 14 days of purchase for any unused Credits or Tokens. AI content generation is executed when the user makes a request; once Credits or Tokens are consumed instantly and irreversibly during the generation process, the service is considered fulfilled. Consumed tokens and generated content are not eligible for refund, return, or transaction cancellation.

Users can request a full refund for any unused Tokens within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, or once Tokens have been used, related fees are not eligible for refund, transfer, or exchange, unless otherwise mandatory by law.

If the service is unusable, Tokens are deducted incorrectly, or generation fails due to technical malfunctions of the platform, the platform will, upon verification, handle the issue by reissuing Tokens, extending the service period, or re-providing the service, rather than providing a cash refund.

Users should fully understand and acknowledge the service model and Token consumption mechanism of this product before payment. Completing a payment is considered as having read, understood, and explicitly agreed to this Refund Policy and related fee rules.

The interpretation, effect, and dispute resolution of these refund terms are subject to the governing law and dispute resolution methods stipulated in this platform's 'Terms of Service.' The platform reserves the right of final interpretation within the scope permitted by law.
